Nikki Menig - aka AKOIMORI - is an illustrator / animator from Chicago, IL with a BFA from the California College of the Arts. Haunting yet seductive, her art delves to challenge the viewer and their connection to human existence and identity. All while unpacking the significance of relationships within modern society.
Menig showcased her work at CCA's First Year Exhibit and had her essay "The Beast Narrative" published in CCA's Arts Review. Her graphic novel, "Memento Mori," debuted in 2022 alongside her first solo exhibition.
